Christian founded Dumond Group in 2021 to continue his passion for political campaigns, grassroots efforts, and law. He graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso where he studied political science and legal reasoning. He has worked on numerous political campaigns at the local, state, and federal levels since the young age of 14 years. Christian interned with Texas state legislators, where his passion for public policy grew. With strong ties to the El Paso community, Christian plans on fulfilling his lifelong dream of public service through advocacy and litigation.

Known to friends as "Texas," Austin is a born and raised son of the Texas Borderland. He attended the University of Texas at El Paso where he studied history, philosophy, and political science. His undergraduate days brought him significant passion to pursue a career in law and public service. He has served as the president of his fraternity chapter, student body president of the Student Government Association, and executive secretary for the University of Texas System Student Advisory Council.  Mr. Stephens has a passion for the world of enology, aviation, law, and history. His drive in life is solely to be of service to others and to be a voice for those that feel as if they have lost theirs.
